Co-op work term requirements

All Co-op positions need to meet the following requirements:

  1. Minimum 420 hours per term
  2. 4- or 8-month positions: our work term periods include January - April, May-August, and September - December
  3. Full-time work*
  4. Paid positions

*UBC Sauder Co-op students must be hired as full-time employees and be provided with a T4 slip at the end of your fiscal year. They cannot be hired as contractors.
