Co-op work term requirements
All Co-op positions need to meet the following requirements:
- Minimum 420 hours per term
- 4- or 8-month positions: our work term periods include January - April, May-August, and September - December
- Full-time work*
- Paid positions
*UBC Sauder Co-op students must be hired as full-time employees and be provided with a T4 slip at the end of your fiscal year. They cannot be hired as contractors.
Availability
Co-op work terms: start September, January, or May (begin recruiting in June, October, or January)
Students are available for 4- or 8-month Co-op work terms.
Part-time positions: Throughout the year (recruit year-round)
