Course Structure
This is a scheduled online course that is completed over 30 weeks. The weekly work typically includes reading a lesson in the course workbook and completing an applied appraisal assignment. There are 15 assignments and the course ends with the completion of a comprehensive income-property appraisal report.

Textbook sold separately: the Appraisal of Real Estate (Canadian Edition) is the recommended reading for this course. Can be purchased directly from the Real Estate Division's Online Bookstore.
