Jennifer Fang is a corporate director and investment professional with nearly 30 years of cross-border M&A experience with multinational corporations in New York and Toronto. Jennifer advises public and private companies, institutional investors, and family offices as one of few seasoned business executives with deep insights and networks in both the Asia Pacific and Western markets. 

Jennifer previously held board positions for a TSX-listed mining company where she chaired the audit committee and sat on the compensation committee. She is also a past board director at Providence Healthcare Foundation, which is part of Unity Health Toronto, the largest Catholic Healthcare network in Canada. Jennifer was a Provincial appointee at York Region Police Services Board where she completed the collective bargaining as a member of the Special Committee in 2020; and she is a member of the Faculty Advisory Board, at Sauder Business School of University of British Columbia. Jennifer also serves on the Boards of Ontario Securities Commission (members of the Audit and Finance Committee, the Human Resources and Compensation Committee, and the Risk Committee) and Alectra Inc. (members of the Audit Finance and Risk Management Committee, the Development Committee; and Chair of the Corporate Governance & Nomination Committee).

Jennifer holds an MBA in Finance from the University of British Columbia and is also a CFA charter-holder as well as maintaining the ICD.D designation. Jennifer has completed the ESG Investing certification at the CFA Institute in 2022.  She also completed the Diversity & Inclusion program at Cornell University in 2022.
