Gerald Ma

Executive Committee Member & General Manager, Corporate Business Development Department, joined the CK Group in February 1996. 

He is a Non-Executive Director of ARA Asset Management (Fortune) Limited as the manager of Fortune Real Estate Investment Trust and ARA Asset Management (Prosperity) Limited as the manager of Prosperity Real Estate Investment Trust (both listed in Hong Kong).  He is also an Alternate Director to Mr. Lai Kai Ming, Dominic, Non-Executive Director of Hutchison Telecommunications Hong Kong Holdings Limited (listed in Hong Kong). He has over 34 years of management experience in different industries. 

He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance and a Master of Arts degree in Global Business Management.  He is a member of the Faculty Advisory Board of the Sauder School of Business of the University of British Columbia, Canada.
